JustPause is an application designed to help users reduce distracting phone usage through app restrictions, intentional unlock flows, exercises, and Screen Time controls.
JustPause is designed with a privacy-first approach.
The App does not sell personal data and does not upload Screen Time activity to external servers.
Most application data is processed locally on the device.
JustPause uses Apple Screen Time APIs, including:
These technologies are used only to enforce app restrictions and unlock flows selected by the user.
Selected apps, restriction states, unlock sessions, and related activity remain on-device.
If exercise-based unlock methods are enabled, the App may access the device camera to detect exercises or body movement using MediaPipe-based pose detection technologies running locally on-device.
Camera and movement processing are performed locally on-device.
The App does not store, upload, or share raw camera recordings or videos.
Subscriptions and purchases are handled through Apple App Store services using StoreKit.
